• Account credentials — email and a securely hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords).
• Property access details you choose to save — door/lockbox codes, WiFi details, and cleaning instructions.
• Booking details — services requested, dates, times, notes, and pricing.
• Reservation data from connected calendars (Airbnb, Vrbo, Hospitable, Hostaway) if you connect them.
• Photos and job records related to your cleanings.

We also automatically collect limited technical data — approximate location (city/region from IP), referring source, and anonymous usage analytics — to operate and improve the app.

• To schedule, perform, and manage your cleaning services.
• To communicate with you about bookings, confirmations, invoices, and updates via email.
• To provide access to your Client Portal and job history.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To improve our services and prevent fraud or abuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver our services:

• With assigned cleaners/staff, limited to what's necessary to complete your job (e.g., address and access codes).
• With service providers that support our operations (hosting, email delivery, cloud storage for photos).
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted transmission and access controls. Sensitive access codes are only visible to authorized staff. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

You may:

• Access, update, or correct your account information at any time in your portal.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our application utilizes optional device features to enhance efficiency for our cleaning team. These features are entirely optional and are only activated upon your explicit consent.

• Bluetooth Services: Our team may use Bluetooth to securely interface with smart-lock systems at vacation rental properties. This is strictly limited to facilitating property access during an active, assigned cleaning window. We do not use Bluetooth for location tracking, proximity beacons, or background data collection. If you do not grant this permission, our staff will simply use traditional key/code-based entry.
• Speech Recognition: We offer a hands-free dictation tool to help cleaners log inspection notes, document damages, or request supplies while actively working. Data Privacy: Raw audio is processed locally on your device whenever possible. We do not retain, listen to, or share raw audio files. Any resulting text-based logs are securely stored within our database solely to provide a record of service for property owners. You can disable this feature or revoke access in your device's privacy settings at any time without impacting your ability to use the app.

Access is requested only when a specific, task-relevant action is initiated. We adhere to the principle of data minimization and do not use these permissions for any purpose outside of our core service functions.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
